i found the staff very helpful, they provided immediate assistance whenever needed. the room's design was modern. the complimentary mini-bar was stocked with a good selection of drinks.
the gym had limited equipment, and some machines seemed a bit dated.

the hotel's location is very central, close to many attractions. it is near covent garden and provides easy access to numerous restaurants. the surroundings were surprisingly quiet, which was a definite advantage.

The location provided easy access to two tube stations. it also allowed a quick walk to the covent garden center. the modern and clean decor added to the appeal. The hotel was beautiful.
I found breakfast a bit confusing. The menu needed some clarification.

The location is AMAZING!!! I found it very convenient to visit the theater district, the National Gallery, and the British Museum. The room was very clean. I also liked the hotel staff as they were consistently available at the front desk and in the lobby.
The hotel room was somewhat dark because of limited natural light.

Staff provided fast, efficient check-in and check-out services, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff was always ready to answer questions and were very helpful with directions and recommendations during my stay. I appreciated this.
